Stressing on the STRESS fallouts



Demands unfulfilled and too much work with too less time and energy are the major causes for stress.

Apart from the common stress complaint at work place due to ‘target to achieve’ and ‘quality’ issues, people at home also experience stress eventually in bringing up a special child or hyperactive child or even managing the household.

Youth become stressed out often due to academic pressures or relationship problems. This stress if untreated will result in severe consequences like frustration, fatigue, depression, aversion towards work or life, resistance to change, etc.

Though ‘stress’ is almost a part of today’s way of life, there are various solutions to ease it out.

The most important thing a stress victim needs is the moral support of his/her dear ones.
But adversely in many cases the victims feel worse with the intervention of their beloveds as the latter go for curbing the emotional outburst of the victims with a verbal slap forgetting the ‘consoling’ / ‘convincing’ part of it.
In such cases, victims either feel insecure or take an outright decision not to open up anymore, and purse their lips without expressing their views which makes them morose.

‘Ego’ is now a free sample that comes with every relationship popping out. Youngsters make and break their relationships readily. The main reasons being ‘too many expectations / not living up to the expectations’, ‘possessiveness’, ‘mismatch of thoughts between them’, and so on leading to superiority or inferiority complex untreated.
This leaves them utterly stressed out kindling them to take erratic decisions risking their lives.

Of course, there are a few who decide to get over the stress while others remain in the pit waiting for a helping hand.

The factors leading to such consequences are lack of love, care, understanding and moral support to the victims as it is obvious that STRESS cannot be avoided but can always fade out with time, if treated properly.

The funny part in peoples’ life is that they toil day and night spoiling their health, earn lots and spend them all in reconditioning their health again.
But, you need no financial muscle to keep your mind calm and relaxed.

All you need to do is,

Enjoy mother nature
Love the sight of the young birds nestling
Feel the breeze that touches your face
Smell the fragrance of flowers blooming
Observe the dew drops sliding down the petals
Listen to the chirping of the birds
Feel the rhythm of your heart beat
And tap your feet for nature’s orchestration.

Love every single soul that is born in this world and that is the beginning of life. So please stop existing and start living..
